You may use this
Notice of Withdrawal of Appeal (PDF, 168 KB) only if no substantive evidence has been accepted in the hearing of the appeal.
If substantive evidence has been accepted (for example, if the hearing has started already), you may withdraw only by making an application under Rule 85 of the
Immigration Appeal Division Rules.
