The Refugee Protection Division (RPD) of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) hereby provides notice to the parties that appear before it that in accordance with Rule 70(b) of the Refugee Protection Division Rules, SOR/2012-256, that:
Effective November 26, 2019, an electronic signature will satisfy the requirement for members to sign their reasons for decision under Rules 68(1)(b) and 68(2)(b) of the RPD Rules.
